The LFE series of direct expansion coolers with dual-side air distribution is designed for low-height chambers used for storing fresh products that don't require strong air circulation, as well as for product processing areas.
The entire series is equipped with high-efficiency coils designed for next-generation refrigerants, made from copper tubes with internal fins and aluminum fins with a special profile.
The fin spacing for the entire series is 5 mm, designed for an air temperature of ≥ -5 ° C.
Two types of standard fan motors are used:
• A) Diameter 250 mm, with a screened pole, single-phase power at 230 V, 50 Hz, reinforced polyamide protective grille.
• B) Diameter 315 mm, with an external rotor, single-phase power at 230 V, 50-60 Hz, integrated capacitor, steel with epoxy coating protective grille.
Both types have the following characteristics:
• IP 44 protection degree; • Insulation class B;
• Built-in thermal protection relay;
• Maximum operating temperature: +40 ° C.
Additional high-efficiency EC fan motors have the following characteristics:
• Diameter Ø 250 and Ø 300 mm;
• IP 54 protection degree for Ø 250 mm;
• Insulation class H for Ø 250 mm;
• Insulation class B for Ø 300 mm;
• Integrated electronic protection;
• Maximum operating temperature: +50 ° C.
For models with the standard electric defrost system (ED), they are equipped with stainless steel heaters with rubber-coated tips for three-phase voltage 400 V, 50-60 Hz.
Electrical components and the housing are connected to the grounding terminal, and the motor and heater wires are connected to separate junction boxes with an IP 54 protection degree.
Upon request, these models can be equipped with coils, defrost systems, and fan motors in special configurations.
