ECO air coolers are designed for cyclic air cooling in a closed refrigeration chamber.
The advantages of ECO evaporators include compact operational dimensions, productivity, reliability, and a wide range of options. When using ceiling models, it can be verified that the cooled air is blown from the side and the intake is from below. The evaporator is equipped with a defrost system. To maximize productivity, the housing is made of an aluminum alloy with the addition of magnesium, which ensures resistance to damage and corrosion.

The copper tubes of the evaporator are designed for the use of new generation refrigerants.
The design is protected by aluminum fins with a special profile that increases flow turbulence. Installed heating elements prevent freezing.
For each specific application, we offer the most optimal geometry and housing size to ensure even distribution of airflow in the environment. The manufacturer pays attention to the production of side panels to provide maximum protection for the pipes against possible damage. All Eco air coolers are carefully degreased in compliance with standards and tested at a pressure of 30 bar.
The housing of ECO models is easy to open, providing access to the inside of the unit. Internal components are made of polished aluminum alloy or galvanized and painted steel sheets. The fans with electric motors are protected by a housing.

Defrosting of Eco air coolers

In ECO coolers equipped with an electric defrost system, heating elements with stainless steel housings are located on the serpentine and in the internal trays.
The placement of the heating elements ensures the delivery of heat to critical parts of the unit. The high thermal conductivity of materials guarantees the distribution of heat throughout the unit. The trays have a special design for the drainage of meltwater.
All electrical components and housings are connected to ground terminals. Fan grilles are made of reinforced fiberglass polyamide in compliance with safety standards. The standard junction box is structurally robust, and the introduction of electrical cables is done through wear-resistant seals to protect them from wear and tear.
