The MIC series of direct expansion air coolers with two discharge openings are designed to serve cabinets, displays, and small rectangular-shaped cold rooms. The high-efficiency heat exchanger with aluminum fins and inner grooved tubing covers the entire range and is achieved through a new geometry that significantly reduces the internal volume and, consequently, the refrigerant used. This design aligns with the latest principles to reduce the use of high Global Warming Potential (GWP) refrigerants. The fin spacing is 4.5 / 9 mm (for air temperatures ≥ -25 ° C).
These new heat exchangers comply with the latest regulations aiming to reduce Direct Global Warming Potential (DGWP) with a high Global Warming Potential (GWP) content.
The standard motorized fans used have the following characteristics:
• Diameter 230 mm, single-phase, 230 V, 50-60 Hz, reinforced polyamide protective grille;
• IP 42 protection degree;
• Insulation class B;
• Built-in thermal protection relay;
• Maximum operating temperature: +40 ° C.
Additional optional high-efficiency EC motorized fans have the following characteristics:
• IP 54 protection degree;
• Insulation class F;
• Integrated electronic protection;
• Maximum operating temperature: +50 ° C.
For models with the standard electric defrost system (ED), they are equipped with stainless steel heaters with rubber-coated tips for single-phase voltage 230 V, 50-60 Hz.
Electrical components and the housing are connected to the grounding terminal, and the motor and heater wires are connected to separate junction boxes with an IP 54 protection degree.
Upon request, these models can be equipped with coils, defrost systems, and fan motors in special configurations.
