The STE series of air coolers is designed for low-height refrigeration chambers used to store fresh or frozen products. The entire series is equipped with high-efficiency coils designed for the use of next-generation refrigerants. These coils are made of copper tubing with internal finning and aluminum fins with a special profile.
Based on the temperature inside the chamber, the series is divided into the following configurations:
1. STE H3: Designed for high-temperature applications (≥ +2°C) with a coil fin spacing of 3.5mm.
2. STE L7: Recommended for low-temperature applications (≥ -25°C) with a coil fin spacing of 7.0mm. This configuration is suitable for electric defrost (ED) applications.
The standard fan motors have the following specifications:
• Fan Diameter: 315 mm
• External rotor design
• Power supply: Single-phase voltage of 230 V, 50-60 Hz
• Integrated capacitor
• Steel with epoxy coating protective grille
• Protection class: IP 44
• Insulation class: B
• Built-in thermal protection relay
• Maximum working temperature: +40°C
Optional high-efficiency EC (electronically commutated) fan motors are available with the following characteristics:
• Fan Diameter: 300 mm
• Insulation class: B
• Built-in electronic protection
• Maximum working temperature: +50°C
The standard configuration includes electric defrost (ED) and heating elements made of stainless steel with rubber-coated tips for three-phase voltage of 400 V, 50-60 Hz.
The electrical equipment and housing are connected to grounding terminals, and the motor and heating element wires are connected to separate junction boxes with a protection class of IP 54.
Upon request, these models can be equipped with coils, defrost systems, and fan motors in special configurations.
