Two-stream GDE gamma is designed for use in workspaces and refrigeration chambers with reduced height, used for storing fresh and frozen products.
The entire series is equipped with highly efficient heat exchangers with aluminum fins of a special profile and copper pipes with internal threads. Thanks to the new geometry, we have achieved a significant reduction in the internal volume with a subsequent reduction in the amount of refrigerant in circulation. The heat exchangers were developed in accordance with the latest guiding principles regulating the reduction of ODP with a high GWP content.
Depending on the temperature ranges, the following distinctions can be made:
• GDE 3 for high temperatures (≥ 5 ° C) with a fin spacing of 3 mm, designed for workspaces where frost formation on the fins is absent;
• GDE 4 for medium temperatures (≥ 1 ° C) with a fin spacing of 4 mm;
• GDE 7 for low temperatures (≥ -25 ° C) with a fin spacing of 7 mm (an option with electric defrosting ED is recommended).
The GDE range uses three types of standard electric fans:
• A) Ø 315 mm, single-phase, two-speed 230V / 1 / 50-60 Hz, external rotor with an integrated electric capacitor and a polyamide mesh loaded with fiberglass;
• B) Ø 350 mm, single-phase, high-speed (4-pole) 230V / 1 / 50-60 Hz with an integrated electric capacitor and steel grilles treated with epoxy enamel.
• C) Ø 350 mm, single-phase, low-speed (6-pole) 230V / 1 / 50-60 Hz with an integrated electric capacitor and steel grilles treated with epoxy enamel.
The used standard electric fans have the following characteristics:
• IP 44 protection degree;
• Insulation class 155;
• Internal protection thermal contact;
• Operating temperature: max. +40 ° C.
Additional high-efficiency EC electric fans have the following characteristics:
• A) Ø 300 mm:
• IP 54 protection degree;
• Insulation class 130;
• Integrated electronic protection;
• Operating temperature: min / max -25 / +60 ° C.
• B) Ø 350 mm;
• IP 54 protection degree;
• Insulation class 130;
• Integrated electronic protection;
• Speed control with a 0-10 V signal;
• Operating temperature: min / max -25 / +60 ° C.
In versions with standard electric defrosting ED, stainless steel resistors with vulcanized nipples are used for connection to 400V / 3 / 50-60 Hz.
Electrical components and the housing are connected to the grounding terminal. Connections are made through separate distribution boxes with an IP 54 protection degree.
Upon request, models can be supplied with exchangers, defrosting, and electric fans that differ from the standard.
