The CTE series direct cooling air coolers are designed for refrigeration chambers used for storing fresh and frozen products. The compact design of these units allows for maximum utilization of the space in the chamber where they are installed.
The entire series is equipped with high-efficiency coils designed for use with new-generation refrigerants. These coils are made of copper tubes with internal fins and aluminum fins with a special profile.
Based on the chamber's temperature requirements, the series is divided into the following configurations:
• CTE H4 - E4 - A4 for high temperatures (≥ +2 ° C) with a fin spacing of 4.0 mm.
• CTE M6 - E6 - A6 for medium temperatures (≥ -15 ° C) with a fin spacing of 6.0 mm, recommended for electric defrost (ED).
• CTE L8 - E8 - A8 for low temperatures (≥ -35 ° C) with a fin spacing of 8.5 mm, equipped with an electric defrost system (ED).
In this series, two types of standard fan motors are used:
• A) with a diameter of 500 mm, external rotor, powered by a three-phase voltage of 400 V, 50 Hz, with a steel protective grille with epoxy coating.
• E) with a diameter of 630 mm, external rotor, powered by a three-phase voltage of 400 V, 50-60 Hz, with a steel protective grille with epoxy coating.
All models share the following characteristics:
• IP 54 protection rating.
• Insulation class F for Ø 350, 500, 630 mm.
• Built-in thermal protection relay.
• Maximum operating temperature: +40 ° C.
Additionally, high-efficiency EC motor fans have the following features:
• IP 54 protection rating.
• Insulation class B.
• Built-in electronic protection.
• Operating temperature range: -25 / +60 ° C. The models with the standard electric defrost system (ED) are equipped with stainless steel heaters with rubber-coated tips for three-phase voltage of 400 V, 50-60 Hz.
The electrical equipment and housing are connected to grounding terminals, and the heater wires are connected to boxes with an IP 54 protection rating.
Upon request, these models can be equipped with special coils, defrost systems, and fan motors.
