The IDE series of direct expansion coolers with air distribution on both sides are designed for large cold rooms and refrigerated warehouses with limited height, intended for storing fresh or frozen products.
The entire series is equipped with high-efficiency coils designed for next-generation refrigerants, made from copper tubes with internal fins and aluminum fins with a special profile.
Depending on the temperature inside the chamber, the series is divided into the following modifications:
• IDE-4 for high temperatures (≥ +2 ° C) with a fin spacing of 4.5 mm;
• IDE-7 for medium temperatures (≥ -25 ° C) with a fin spacing of 7.0 mm, recommended with electric defrost (ED).
• IDE-10 for low temperatures (≥ -35 ° C) with a fin spacing of 10.0 mm, recommended with electric defrost (ED).
Additional optional high-efficiency EC motorized fans have the following characteristics:
• IP 54 protection degree;
• Insulation class B;
• Integrated electronic protection;
• Operating temperature min. -25 ° C.
The electrical components and the housing are connected to the grounding terminal, and the heater wires are connected to separate junction boxes with an IP 54 protection degree.
Upon request, these models can be equipped with coils, defrost systems, and fan motors in special configurations.
